It combines an acupressure massage of the legs and arms with a gentle back and neck massage, providing comfort, relaxation and well-deserved rest.

The treatment is designed to support the natural circulation of blood and lymph in the limbs, helping to relieve the feeling of heavy legs and swelling that commonly occurs during pregnancy. The gentle back and neck massage also helps release muscle tension caused by changes in posture and the increasing strain placed on the spine.

Throughout the treatment, your therapist carefully adjusts your position to ensure maximum comfort and safety. The massage is performed while wearing Palawi spa clothing and uses gentle pressure with the fingers, palms and thumbs, while avoiding pressure points that are not recommended to stimulate during pregnancy.
